Blake Griffin (Power Forward)

Blake Austin Griffin (born March 16, 1989) is an American professional basketball player who currently plays for the Los Angeles Clippers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the Oklahoma Sooners, when he was named the Consensus National Player of the Year as a sophomore. Griffin was selected first overall by the Clippers in the 2009 NBA draft, and is a five-timeNBA All-Star and a three-time All-NBA Second Team selection.

Griffin had a renowned high school career at Oklahoma Christian School, winning state titles each of his four years under his father, head coach Tommy Griffin. Griffin played two seasons of college ball for the Sooners before entering the 2009 NBA draft, when he was selected by the Clippers. During the final pre-season game of 2009, he broke his left kneecap, had surgery, and missed the entire 2009–10 season. Griffin made his NBA debut as a rookie the following season, in which he was selected as an All-Star, won the NBA Slam Dunk Contest, and was named the NBA Rookie of the Year. In 2011, Sports Illustratedcalled him one of the NBA's 15 Greatest Rookies of All Time.^[1] Griffin has been an All-Star every season he has played and has helped make the Clippers perennial playoff contenders.

James Edward Harden, Jr. (born August 26, 1989) is an American professional basketball player who currently plays for the Houston Rockets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Harden played college basketball for Arizona State, where he was named a consensus All-American and Pac-10 Player of the Year in 2009. Harden was selected with the third overall pick in the 2009 NBA Draft by Oklahoma City and became the first player drafted in Oklahoma City Thunder franchise history.^[1] In 2012, he was named NBA Sixth Man of the Year with the Oklahoma City Thunder while helping them reach the NBA Finals. Harden was traded to Houston prior to the 2012–13 NBA season.

Harden is a two-time member of the United States national basketball team, winning gold medals in both the 2012 Summer Olympics and 2014 FIBA World Cup.

Kawhi Leonard (Small Forward)

Kawhi Anthony Leonard (/kəˈwaɪ/, born June 29, 1991) is an American professional basketball player who currently plays for the San Antonio Spurs of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Leonard is listed as a small forward at 6 ft 7 in (2.01 m) and 230 lb (104 kg). He played college basketball at San Diego State University (SDSU) and was selected with the 15th overall pick in the 2011 NBA draft by the Indiana Pacers. Leonard won an NBA championship with the San Antonio Spurs in2014 and was named the NBA Finals Most Valuable Player (MVP).

As a freshman at San Diego State, Leonard averaged 12.7 points and 9.9 rebounds per game.^[3] Leonard helped lead the Aztecs to a 25–9 record and the Mountain West Conference (MWC) tournament title. SDSU received an automatic bid to theNCAA Tournament^[4] but lost to Tennessee 62–59 in the first round as Leonard recorded 12 points and 10 rebounds.^[5]Leonard led the MWC in rebounding and was named MWC freshman of the year, first team All-MWC, and the 2010 MWC Tournament MVP.^[6]

Rajon Rondo (Point Guard)

Rajon Pierre Rondo (born February 22, 1986) is an American professional basketball player who currently plays for theDallas Mavericks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He is a four-time All-Star, one-time All-NBA team selection, and a four-time All-Defensive member. He also led the NBA in steals during the 2009–10 season, and assists during the 2011–12and 2012–13 seasons. He began his professional career with the Boston Celtics, winning an NBA championship in 2008.

Rondo played two years of college basketball for the Kentucky Wildcats before he was drafted 21st overall by the Phoenix Suns in the 2006 NBA draft. He was subsequently traded to the Celtics. He played a supporting role before he established himself as the starting point guard for the Celtics during the 2007–08 season. That season, Rondo earned his first league championship, playing alongside All-Stars Kevin Garnett, Ray Allen and Paul Pierce. His breakout performance came during the 2009 NBA Playoffs, where he nearly averaged a triple-double, and helped his team take the eventual Eastern Conference champion Orlando Magic to seven games in the semi-finals.^[1] He ranks fourth in Celtics history in assists and third in steals.^[2]Rondo was traded to Dallas in 2014.
